Every JULEAT order passes through the same inspection sequence: incoming material, cutting or shaping, stitching or weaving, assembly, hardware and finishing, final product, and packaging.
For jute we check weave density, colour consistency and seam strength. For leather we check grain, thickness, edge finishing and stitch count. For cane we check weave tension, symmetry and structural rigidity.
We record defects by type so patterns can be corrected at the source, not just caught at the end. Buyers can request inspection photos at any stage.
